1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HUZZLE ("the Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. HUZZLE is operated by HUZZLE GAMING LLC, incorporated in Delaware, United States.

2. Description of Service

HUZZLE is a spin-to-win sweepstakes promotion that allows users to participate in tournaments, spin wheels for prizes, and interact with other players. The game uses HUZZLE accounts for authentication. Spin vouchers can be obtained through purchase or through the free mail-in alternative method of entry (see Section 4).

⚠️HUZZLE is NOT a gambling game. HUZZLE operates exclusively as a sweepstakes under applicable US federal and state sweepstakes laws. No element of this game constitutes gambling, as defined under any applicable law.

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use HUZZLE
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where sweepstakes promotions are prohibited
• You must have a valid HUZZLE account to participate
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Employees of HUZZLE GAMING LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes

4. Sweepstakes Rules — ⚠️No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase or payment does not improve your chances of winning. HUZZLE is a sweepstakes promotion conducted under the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable US federal law.

Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To obtain a free spin voucher without purchase, eligible US residents (18+) may submit a handwritten request by mail following the instructions at huzzle.xyz/free-spin-voucher. Each request entitles the entrant to one (1) free spin voucher per promotion period, subject to availability.

• Write your full legal name, mailing address, date of birth, and HUZZLE account email on a plain 3" × 5" card
• Include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE)

• Requests are processed within 4–6 weeks of receipt
• One free entry per household per promotion period
• Void where prohibited by law

Sweepstakes Classification

HUZZLE tournament spin wheels constitute a sweepstakes under US law because: (1) prizes are awarded by chance, (2) no purchase is necessary to enter, and (3) the skill of participants does not determine winners. Prize winners are selected using a random number generation process described in Section 6 below.

5. Account Registration and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HUZZLE account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must not share your account credentials with anyone
• We are not responsible for any loss of funds due to compromised account security
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You must keep your account information up to date

6. Odds of Winning & Random Number Generation

The odds of winning any prize depend on the total number of valid entries received for each tournament spin event and the number of prize slots available. Winners are determined exclusively by a server-side random number generation (RNG) process. The outcome of each spin cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any participant.

• Range: Each tournament defines the total number pool (e.g., 1–10,000). A random integer is selected uniformly from this range on every spin.
• Lucky Numbers: Tournament organizers set specific numbers within the range that correspond to prizes. Lucky Numbers and their prize allocations are publicly disclosed to players at any time before or after spinning by clicking the "View Lucky Numbers" button in the tournament view.
• Equal Chance: Every spin has an equal probability of landing on any number within the range. A player using a purchased voucher has the same odds as a player using a free mail-in voucher.
• Server-Side Only: The RNG runs exclusively on HUZZLE's servers. Client-side code receives only the result, not the computation.
• Prize Availability: If a lucky number has already been claimed (i.e., remaining quantity is 0), the prize is no longer available and the spin is treated as a non-winning spin, even if the number matches. Players should check the total remaining quantity of prizes available for a lucky number before spinning.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

• All spins are determined by server-side random number generation (see Section 6)
• Results are generated on the server side and cannot be manipulated by users
• You must not attempt to manipulate or cheat the game
• You must not use automated bots or scripts
• You must not engage in any form of collusion
• We reserve the right to investigate and take action against suspicious activity
• Each spin consumes 1 spin credit from your voucher balance
• Prizes include physical products, digital vouchers, tokens, and other rewards

Special Spin Outcomes: Bombs & Bonus Credits

Tournaments may feature special spin outcomes designated as Bombs or Bonus Credits:

• Bonus Credits (➕ Extra Spins): Landing on a Bonus Credit lucky number awards additional spin credits directly to your account balance.
• Bombs (💣 Spin Deductions): Landing on a Bomb lucky number deducts additional spin credits from your remaining spin balance.
• Prize Protection Guarantee: Bombs and Credits ONLY modify your remaining spin balance. A Bomb outcome will NEVER take away, forfeit, or revoke any physical products, digital vouchers, tokens, or prizes you have already won. All won prizes remain 100% secure in your account.

8. Financial Terms

• Spin vouchers can be purchased using traditional payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via secure checkout
• Spin voucher prices and prize values are clearly displayed before participation
• Additional spins can be obtained through referrals, free mail-in entry, spin vouchers, or burning points
• Prize rewards are processed automatically to your account
• All prizes are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity
• Some prizes require manual claiming within specified time periods
• Tournaments may offer additional opportunities to win spins and prizes

9. Intellectual Property

• HUZZLE and all related content are owned by HUZZLE GAMING LLC
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify any game content
• You retain ownership of your user-generated content
• You grant us a license to use your content for game improvement
• All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners
• Third party integrations and related services are subject to their respective terms

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Game, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game's operation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems to access the Game
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Game
• Create multiple accounts for unfair advantage
• Engage in money laundering or other financial crimes
• Manipulate or attempt to predict the random number generation or game outcomes
• Misrepresent your identity or eligibility in a free mail-in entry request

12. Disclaimers and Limitations

• The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not responsible for losses due to technical issues or server problems
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Game at any time
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for spin vouchers in the last 30 days
• Prize delivery and fulfillment are subject to availability and external factors

13. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time
• You may stop using the Game at any time
• Termination does not affect your right to claim existing prizes
• We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Game will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware. HUZZLE is operated as a lawful sweepstakes promotion and is not subject to gambling regulations.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Game interface or via email. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
